DISCOVERY OF THE OENOLOGY AND GASTRONOMY OF ALSACE. Individuals by limousine or on a basis of eight people by luxury minivan
Day 1:	Arrival at Colmar railway station. VIP reception and transfer to a 4-star luxury hotel. Departure for the Domaine Mine where we will be received in their wineries for a first tasting of the main white wines of Alsace, particularly their own Grand Cru Monopole. Alsatian lunch at the Maison des Têtes at Colmar, a beautiful 12th century house with a typically local environment (wines included). After lunch, visit to Colmar and especially the Unterliden Museum. Free time, then return to the hotel to enjoy the activities on offer. Gastronomic lunch at the hotel (wines included)
Day 2:	After breakfast, we will enjoy a lesson in oenology by the wine waiter from the hotel’s restaurant. Gourmet lunch at the restaurant “Rendez-vous de Chasse” (1 Michelin macaron) – wine included. After lunch, departure for a safari along the byways leading through the vineyards and the typical old villages of Alsace. Private visit to the Cooperative at Turkeim, one of the most famous wineries of Alsace. Comparative wine tasting. At the end of the afternoon, return to Colmar railway station.
