Saturday:	Morning reception – briefing and presentation of the weekend. Departure for a safari through the vineyards of Côtes de Provence. Introductory lesson in wine tasting by an oenologist and presentation of the wines of the region. Olfactory and tasting tests. Gourmet lunch at the Logis du Guetteur (wines included) In the afternoon, departure for a visit to the Abbaye du Thoronet. Comparative visit to a second Provencal property. Wine tasting. Journey to St Paul de Vence or its surrounding area Gourmet dinner Accommodation at a hotel in St Paul de Vence or its surrounding area depending on availability.
Sunday:	Breakfast. Departure at 8.30am for the village of St Paul de Vence. 1 hour of free time. Journey to Grasse, the world capital of perfume. Visit to a perfume manufacturer.. Journey to Cannes and its surrounding area Lunch probably taken on a private beach on the Croisette. Free time in the afternoon.
